Join master chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Jérôme Bocuse, and many others for a remarkable multi-day experience at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, with Friday evening’s gala and fine dining experience at Addison, Southern California’s only Michelin-starred, Forbes Five-Star, and AAA Five Diamond restaurant.

Guests will enjoy a weekend getaway complete with an incredible gala multi-course dining experience prepared by some of the most acclaimed luminaries in the culinary world. The 2019 Culinary Masters chefs were: Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Jérôme Bocuse, William Bradley, Paul Bartolotta, Justin Cogley, Timothy Hollingsworth, Michelle Karr-Ueoka, Gavin Kaysen, Francis Reynard, and Ming Tsai. The Culinary Masters experience offers the gala reception and extraordinary multi-course fine dining experience prepared by these luminaries on Friday, a friendly golf tournament with the Culinary Masters, and interactive cooking and mixology classes for the non-golfers, along with a relaxed dinner under the stars by the Culinary Masters on Saturday.
