Car of the Year – NEW LOCATION – Paso Robles

NEW LOCATION ANNOUNCED: PASO ROBLES, CA

Update: Car of the Year Napa Valley has now moved to Paso Robles. Due to the ongoing fires in Napa Valley this fall, we are unfortunately unable to return to our annual experience at the Meadowood Resort. We ask that you please join us in extending our sincerest thoughts and prayers to our friends and colleagues at Meadowood, wineries in the region, and all those affected as they work to rebuild. We look forward to returning to Car of the Year’s longtime home in Napa Valley in 2021. As a part of your trip with us to Paso Robles, Robb Report will make a donation to one of the charities that has been established to support all those impacted by the fires in Napa Valley.

We are happy to announce that we will instead be hosting the annual Car of the Year experience further south at the beautiful Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles with little to no changes to the schedule and event itself.   The same session dates remain.

From the Tuscan-style architecture to the breathtaking vineyards and rolling hills, the 20-acre hideaway is the perfect spot for our California Car of the Year experience with first-class dinners hosted at the stunning Daou Family Winery. An unforgettable three-day luxury automotive getaway in the countryside awaits you! We look forward to welocoming you and are confident that this experience in Paso Robles will be just as elegant and memorable as years past.  A

Robb Report’s annual Car of the Year experience puts VIP attendees in the driver’s seat during the ultimate event that celebrates luxury, performance, automotive design, and engineering. During this spirited competition, the world’s greatest automotive marques present their flagship offerings for the coming model year, offering the privilege of stepping in as a Robb Report automotive editor for the day. Guests are able to test-drive and evaluate 10 of the most extraordinary upcoming luxury and performance vehicles – to earn the title “Robb Report Car of the Year.” The results (and drivers’ comments) are then published in Robb Report’s annual Car of the Year issue.

This year’s contending vehicles include: Bentley New Flying Spur, BMW M8 Gran Coupe, Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD Spyder, Lexus LC500 Convertible, McLaren New GT, Mercedes-AMG E 63 S Wagon, Mercedes-AMG GT R Roadster, and Rolls-Royce Ghost. More vehicles will be announced in the coming weeks.

In addition to the drives that wind through Paso Robles’ breathtaking roads, guests enjoy an amazing two-night experience complete with sumptuous wine-paired dinners and interactions with the world’s premier luxury brands at the beautiful Allegretto Vineyard resort.
