• Dynamic vehicle acceleration to highlight low-end torque and ease of transmission shifting
• Performance braking zone evaluating ABS braking control and overall stopping distance
• Performance slalom to highlight driver input and vehicle response
• Dynamic corners evaluating vehicle balance and suspension characteristics

The results (and drivers’ comments) are then published in Robb Report’s annual Car of the Year issue. Contenders for the coveted title include: Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Volante, Audi RS 5 Sportback, Bentley Continental GT Convertible V8, BMW M8 Convertible, Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody, Lamborghini Huracán Evo Spyder, Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4-door Coupe, Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster, Rolls-Royce Dawn Black Badge, and Roush Stage 3 Mustang.
